What personal data do we collect?

Account & Profile

Information you provide to us when you use our Site, register for an account, personal and business, (e.g. your name, address, contact details, gender, product reviews, and any information which you add to your account profile or business profile)

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

There is an option to save your payment details on our checkout system, these details will be available in the users account to view edit or delete at any time, they will be available to the user as long as the user has an active account with us or until deletion by the user.

Website administrators can also see and edit information on user profiles-this is only for purposes where the user has made a mistake, cannot log in, is having technical issues or has given permission, or requested in writing for us to change something on their account.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

User data is sent through SSL to a secure server to enable us to have services such as accounts, we also send data to delivery companies to fulfil delivery orders made by users, and to enable parcel tracking.

Payment data and billing data are sent via encryption to be fraud screened by our payment service provider and to be checked for authorisation which is sent back to use to determine if an order is potentially risky or known to be fraudulent.

 

How we protect your data

This Site ensures that data is encrypted when leaving the Site. This process involves the converting of information or data into a code to prevent unauthorised access. What data breach procedures we have in place

We have in place a process to assess the likely risk to individuals as a result of a breach.
