Suggested Use: When Used To Supplement Protein Intake: Take 5 tablets 3 to 6 times daily. For best results always take 5 to 10 tablets 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition and immediately following. Athletes may take up to 10 tablets per serving up to 6 times daily at least 2 and a half hours apart.
