Spelt is an ancient grain with a smooth texture and delicate nutty taste. Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains and is high in fibre, with a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat. Product Directions

Cooking Instruction: Place pasta in large pan of boiling water (1ltr for 100g pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stir from time to time. Strain and serve with your choice of sauce.
