Bread flour contains between 12 to 14 percent. That extra protein in bread flour results in a slightly higher rise, but you’ll still get a good rise with all-purpose flour.

Ideal for oven baked yeast cookery and bread machines. This 1.5kg pack is suitable for home bakers and provides enough flour to make roughly 3 loaves of bread.
