Our Ironman 1″ Dumbbell Bar With Rubber Handle is chrome plated with solid steel construction. It comes complete with spinlock collars so you can easily load and unload your plates in a safe manner. The best part about this product is that you are able to use the plates you use for your regular 1″ barbell. This saves you money as you don’t need to constantly buy new plates to keep up with your progress.

The total length of the bar is 14″ whilst the sleeve measures at 4″. It weighs approx. 1.75 kg before any weight is added to the product.
