Ironman  Olympic 2″ Weightlifting CROSSFIT Bar 25mm comes in three separate lengths, five feet, six feet & seven feet. This is an Olympic lightweight bar ideal for females, teenagers or anyone just starting out. The bar is only 25mm thickness will maintain the flex and spring associated with the heavier bars but with minimal weights. This is essential for practice as it emulates all aspects of the heavier bar due to it being quite proportional. The bar is manufactured to precision with brass bushings making it resilient to wear and tear. Standard grip knurling on the barbell enhances comfort and grip
