Our Ironman Sit Up Bar has an oversized screw-on clamp, it attaches to any door and has padding to ensure there’s no damage. It is adjustable to suit your foot size, simply unscrew and slide to your required level then screw back in.

The sit-up bar is also fitted with neoprene-padded footrests to make every sit-up more comfortable on your feet/ankles and slip-free, it is lightweight and very supportive, offering fast release for portability so you can take it everywhere.
