Our power twister is a high-quality strength builder and resistance training bar. It has handles on each end and a coiled spring in the middle where the tension of the bend will work against your muscles.

The power twister is still used by bodybuilders and other lifters who want to build size and strength in their upper bodies. Can be used by bending the bar downwards, bending the bar in an upwards motion for arms, chest and bicep workouts.
