Ingredients
Four-Phase Protein Blend (98%) (Whey Protein, Soya Isolate, Rice Protein Isolate, Micellar Casein [Milk Protein]), Sweeteners (Cyclamate, Saccharin), Natural Flavour.
Directions: Add 2 heaped scoops (70 g) to 565 ml (1 pint) of water in a blender or shaker, otherwise, mix with a fork. Use as an additional protein source between meals. Consume up to two servings per day.
