Directions:  For your daily dose of creatine add 1 teaspoon (3g) of Creatine Monohydrate powder to a glass of water or juice (at least 300ml). Product is best to take right after training or first thing in the morning on non training days. Store it in a cool, dry place out of sunlight.

Warning: Once opened, use within 6 months. Creatine may lead to weightgain. This product is not meant for children or young people and should be reserved for athletes. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!
