Directions: Due to its strength it is suggested you start by using 1/3 of a scoop mixed in 6 ounces of water. Consume 20 minutes prior to the start of physical activity, preferably on an empty stomach.
When tolerable, use normal suggested use of 1 scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water 20 minutes prior to physical activity. Do not exceed 1 scoop (1 serving) within any given 8 hour period. Do not consume more than 2 scoops (2 servings) within any given 24 hour period.
