Ironman Standard 1″ Tricep Bar 34″ with Spinlock Collars is engineered for easy loading and unloading of standard plates. The bars have threaded ends and two sure tighten star-lock collars are also included. The bar spans 34 inches in length and 7 inches wide with 17 inches between the two collars. With a weight of 7 kg, it is capable of carrying up to 127kg/280lbs
Designed with quality and durability in mind, our black metal weight discs are necessary for a good workout. Add it to an Olympic bar or handle it freestyle yourself, it’s completely up to you.
