L-Leucine is the primary and most abundant out of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). It is usually found in foods such as lean meats, poultry, fish & dairy. Leucine works with valine and isoleucine to protect and fuel the muscles.

These tablets are ideal for runners, gym-goers, athletes and anyone undertaking intense physical activity. These can be taken either before or after a workout.

Recommended Usage:
