Applied Nutrition L-Leucine 4k – 160 Tablets

L-Leucine is the primary and most abundant out of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). It is usually found in foods such as lean meats, poultry, fish & dairy. Leucine works with valine and isoleucine to protect and fuel the muscles.

These tablets are ideal for runners, gym-goers, athletes and anyone undertaking intense physical activity. These can be taken either before or after a workout.

Recommended Usage:

Consume one serving (4 tabs) daily preferably with food. For optimal results on training days consume one serving 45 minutes prior to exercise and one serving post-exercise.
