Weighted training bar also is known as a body bar for full-body workouts. Ideal for core strength, functional training, aerobic and step as well as many other group and individual exercises. The bar is made of a solid steel core with a superior rubberized coating that minimizes tears, rips and cuts.

Available in a choice of 5kg, 6kg or 7kg
