Optimum Nutrition Glycomaize gives you optimal delivery of immediate and intermediate carbohydrates with 35 g of staged-released carbs. This enhances your pre & post-workout shakes. It helps you refuel after your workout so you’re immediately ready to go, and you can add it to your regular protein shake for convenience. The reason why Glucomaize is important is that carbohydrates are the main energy source used during exercise, especially those exercise sessions that are high intensity. It’s essential to ensure that you have stores of carbohydrate-based glycogen before, during and after training.

Glycomaize can be enjoyed pre, during and especially post-workout. Simply mix 1 rounded teaspoon with water or juice in your ON shaker. As it’s unflavoured, you can add it to your protein or weight gainer shake to optimise results. Unlike other high-carbohydrate formulas that you may have used in the past, Glycomaize is formulated to be used often and in greater amounts.

Product Directions
